Welcome to my professional portfolio!
I am excited to share my journey as a recent graduate with a Master of Science in Industrial/Organizational Psychology. Currently, I serve as an Examinations Analyst within the City of Los Angeles Personnel Department. In this role, I focus on test construction and talent selection and assessment, applying over 1,000 hours of dedicated experience that I have accumulated in just over a year and a half—expertise that I've built upon the solid foundation of my academic training.
I am passionate about leveraging this education and my practical skills to enhance workplace environments and improve organizational effectiveness. My career goal is to apply psychological principles and evidence-based practices to optimize both employee well-being and organizational outcomes.
